To use The Ultimate Avatar 2.0, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Ultimate Avatar 2.0 operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• You may cancel at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
• Charges will appear on your statement as "KEYSTONE ATLAS"

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use The Ultimate Avatar 2.0 to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The The Ultimate Avatar 2.0 platform, including its design, features, and methodology, is owned by Keystone Atlas and protected by intellectual property laws.

Content you create using The Ultimate Avatar 2.0 remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Ultimate Avatar 2.0 uses artificial intelligence to assist in content generation. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before use.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be suitable for any particular purpose.
